Neal Caffrey, a swindler, forger and thief, is captured after a party of three years of cat and mouse with the FBI. With four months remaining while serving a sentence of four years, which escapes from maximum security prison in the federal government to find Kate, his ex-girlfriend. Peter Burke, the FBI agent who originally captured Caffrey, finds it and returns to jail Caffrey. This time, Caffrey provides information on the Burke evidence in another case, however, this information has a price: Burke should have a meeting with Caffrey.
